If you think modifying game files outside of the game is the same thing as taking advantage of game mechanics you are delusional. But your not using a game mechanic, droping an item on the floor that you are supposed to find as a loot drop is not using a game mechanic. If we were playing chess and you move your rook to the middle of the board and then concede defeat. Do you really think that when we clear the board that you should get to keep your rook there for the next match because you placed it there before you conceded?
Neckbreaker In wrestling a neckbreaker is any throw or slam that focuses its attack on the opponent's neck. One type of neckbreaker involves the wrestler slamming an opponent's neck against a part of the wrestler's body, usually the knee, head or shoulder. The Berserker is an offense oriented class that gears towards being in the heat of combat, with skills that offer unparalleled power at a downside. To make up for their fragility, the class tree offers bonuses to leech and recovery via warcries.
Because that would be cheating. It's not a game mechanic it's an oversight and exploit.
Originally posted by:Yeah this is a silly conversation. You can't equate exploits to save editing. That's like saying 'Why do those speed runners use all those glitches to beat their game so fast? They could just hack it and finish it instantly.' Part of the fun of a single player game is learning how to 'break' it sometimes to your advantage.you cant compare those two. Speed running is beating the game as fast as possible by playing the game, that is the whole point, but you still have to play through it by starting at the beggining and arriving at the end, how you get there is of no consequence.
This conversation is about Voidinsanity thinking that his/her cheating by exploiting an oversight is somehow less wrong than cheating by editing game files.
